Small group in-person event for max 15x delegates to get free Black mental health support for the Black community.
A series of performances from Black artists including poetry and music events.
To be “healthy” is more than just not being unwell (ref: WHO). It spans across all areas of your life. It is holistic.
Each meeting focuses on a different topic and uses therapeutic arts to raise self awareness and encourage acceptance and change.
