I am a Senior Operations Manager at NHS England, my role in Covid and Flu Immunisations Programme is to oversee the efficient and equitable supply and management of vaccines across London region. With a Prince 2 Practitioner certification, I have strong project management skills that help me optimise processes and drive successful healthcare initiatives, my career extends across strategic planning, operational excellence, performance improvement, continuous improvement, and process development.

 

As Co-Chair of the Black African and Caribbean Vaccine and Screening Group, NHSE London Region, I collaborate with key stakeholders, including faith and community leaders, to address inequities in vaccine uptake and reduce health disparities.

 

I am passionate about reducing health inequalities, building vaccine confidence, and strengthening trust within diverse communities.

 

I have a master’s degree in development economics obtained from Kingston University.
